Tracker Video Analysis, a tool for frame-by-frame analysis of video. It's a Java program, so it will run on Windows, Mac and Linux. Download the program by clicking "Download Tracker" (on the right side of the page) and selecting "Save". Read the Help Getting Started document (link located near the top of the page).
